I practice a Person-Centred approach, meaning you’ll be met with respect, empathy, and genuine acceptance. I’ve worked with many individuals on their unique journeys, and I believe in providing a compassionate space where you can be completely yourself. My approach isn’t to give advice but to ask questions, support exploration, and offer understanding, helping you find clarity and confidence in your own direction.
As a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), I follow strict ethical guidelines, offering you reassurance that my practice is held to high professional standards. This commitment ensures that you are in a safe, accountable, and confidential space at all times. Having been through therapy myself as part of my training, I understand firsthand the courage it takes to seek help and the healing that can come from it.
I have worked as a residential support worker for young people for two years and spent over seven years in the prison service. These roles have provided me with extensive experience in supporting individuals dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addictions, autism, ADHD, and Tourette’s.
With a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, I’m here to listen and support you without rushing or pressuring; every session is about your comfort and progress.
As an NCPS member, my practice adheres to strict ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality, respect, and a high standard of care in every session.
Located in the peaceful setting of Seale Hayne, my counselling room offers warmth and comfort, providing a relaxing environment to help you open up and explore your thoughts with ease
